Successful relocation of CGI's offices in Stockholm

Martela had the opportunity to coordinate the relocation of CGI's two large offices in Stockholm. The target of the relocation was to maximise the reuse of existing furniture while enhancing the offices' comfort and suitability for their business needs.

Martela took care of everything from inventory management and planning to interior design, relocation coordination, furniture installation, and old furniture dismantling for recycling. The pictures depict the first project, completed in spring 2023, which involved moving from Vasagatan in central Stockholm to Franzéngatan on Kungsholmen.

Satisfaction with the new premises has increased the presence of employees in the offices

The project was a success, with CGI noting that the new office environment has increased the presence of employees in the office, as it better supports their business and provides a cosier atmosphere. In addition to Martela's own products, products from a wide partner network were selected for the project, such as HAY, &Tradition, Muuto and Rubn.

“At CGI, we were faced with the challenge of moving two offices to two new locations in Stockholm at the same time. Our goal was to create more modern workplaces that are better adapted to our business and the way our employees work. We also wanted the office environments to be reminiscent of each other to create greater recognition. With the help of Martela, who listened to our specific wishes, we now have two customised offices that our employees want to come to and feel happy working in,” says Gustaf Nilsson, PR Manager at CGI.
