Share Spaces is a coworking company that rents out office space in central Oslo, Norway. Share Spaces has partnered with Martela for several of its locations. Martela’s Workplace as a Service (WaaS), built on circular economy principles, ensures that office spaces remain continuously updated and modern, meeting tenants' needs both now and in the future.
Exclusive office space in the heart of Oslo
Share Spaces Plenum is a compact and exclusive office environment where 34 tenants enjoy a unique atmosphere. Located on the 5th floor, the premises boast an attractive setting with lots of light and beautiful views, just a stone's throw from the Royal Palace, Bogstadveien and Hegdehaugsveien - Oslo's second-largest shopping street with 500 shops and over 25 restaurants. Tenants also have access to garage parking, visitor parking, gym and changing rooms.
An inviting environment for collaborative work
Metropolis Interior Architects developed the interior concept, selecting a warm and sober color palette, with elegant wallpapers, carpets and coordinated tones for walls and ceilings. Martela has collaborated with the interior architects on all the furniture selection and decorative lighting. Attention was given to creating a cohesive and functional design, with sustainable choices in colors and materials.
An inviting lounge area welcomes you upon entering, complete with its own coffee bar, making it the perfect start to the day. A steam fireplace adds warmth to the atmosphere and can also be seen from the inviting kitchen, which serves as a meeting room and a space for social gatherings. The interior design and furnishings have been carefully chosen to create an exclusive yet cozy atmosphere.

Furniture solutions from Martela and partners
Martela supplied all furniture, carpets and decorative lighting. Products chosen from Martela's own collection included Axia 2.40, Pinta EQC desk, Face table screens, Oona table, Sola lounge chair and decorative cushions. In addition to that, pieces from partners such as Viccarbe, Wendelbo, Next Level Design, Normann Copenhagen, Götessons, Nuura, New works, Rubn, Mizetto, Muuto and Ege Carpets were included.
The project has been a successful and inspiring collaboration from start to finish. At the opening, the positive response confirmed that both the project team and tenants are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to moving in.
