Kristin Breitenau’s role as a workplace specialist is to collect and analyse data in order to specify costumers’ needs and develop the workplace. This is done through workshops, surveys and interviews where employees’ thoughts and ideas can be heard. Breitenau thinks it is important to look at the bigger picture, not just the physical environment and the furniture. In the end, it is all about people’s needs: "What helps the people helps the business."
