Vincit's relocation brought its offices under one roof
Vincit is a digital business expert company that focuses on the well-being and community spirit of its employees. Martela carried out Vincit's office move, bringing together the Helsinki offices that had been scattered after the mergers under one roof in August 2024.
The new premises were designed to support community spirit, multi-location working, and flexible working methods. The space project was extensive, and its focus was on ensuring that the move went smoothly and that the staff could transition seamlessly to the new working environment without any interruptions.
A demanding relocation required careful planning and close cooperation
Martela worked closely with the Vincit team to ensure that the move was completed on schedule and smoothly. Martela appointed a coordinator and a site manager for the entire move, who were responsible for ensuring that the move was carried out in line with the schedules of the other parties involved in the large project.
The premises underwent extensive renovation in an old Art Nouveau building, and the move took place while construction work was still ongoing. Working on a construction site placed high demands on the move, as the use of the yard area was limited and the amount of furniture to be moved was large.

- Delivery of moving boxes, moving labels, packing supplies, and protective equipment
- Dismantling and protection of furniture and other movable property at the departure points
- Loading, transporting, and unloading of moving loads
- Installation of furniture and movable property at the destination
- Installation of workstations, screens, and electrical connections
- Assistance with other tasks that arose during the move, such as wall mountings.
