Changes in the ownership structure of Martela Plc’s Danish partner

Anders Baastrup, owner of Martela’s Danish reseller Dauphin Scandinavia A/S, has sold his ownership to Yllw.

Dauphin Scandinavia A/S has operated under the commercial name Martela A/S, and its business has included the sales and distribution of Martela and other furniture manufacturers’ products in Denmark.

Anders Baastrup will continue as Business Director of the new business entity. The transaction will be completed on April 1, 2026. The sales and distribution of Martela products will continue in Denmark.
