Salus 50 - Wooden universal chair for care facilities

Designed especially for care facilities, the Salus 50 chair is equipped with wheels on the front legs and has ergonomically positioned helper handles. There are two models of Salus chairs and they have been developed on the basis of the Kari chair. The rounded armrests of the chair complete the seating comfort.

Legs, seat and backrest: formpressed birch, stained birch or beech veneer.
Lower frame parts: firm massive wood.
Options: upholstered seat and back, upholstered seat and wooden back.
The upholstery is detachable and includes moisture cover.

Kari Asikainen

Kari Asikainen (1939) is an award-winning Finnish interior architect. His career began with a collaboration with P.O. Korhonen Oy in 1969, when production began on his first chair, the “Kari 1”. The product group became very popular, and so far over a million pieces of furniture have been manufactured in the Kari product group.
