Martela is a family company founded more than 60 years ago and its shares are quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. Share capital is 7 MEUR. The shares are divided into A and K shares. Each A share carries 1 vote and each K share 20 votes in a general shareholders' meeting. Both share series have the same dividend rights.
